Few objects make the connection to the human experience as intimately as the vessel. From the infant's feeding cup to the funerary urn our lives are bound to the vessel form through daily use. Vessels have been used throughout history as ritual containers that represents the spiritual aspects of life. Through my use of the vessel image in glass I want to create a connection between the historical linkage between spiritual practice and the use of the vessel.
